CSW is an INVITE ONLY, two-day, highly interactive event that will combine career development education, problem-solving, networking, and experiences designed to build confidence and learn how to use real strategies to get, and stay, ahead. This is not just an award or a social retreat, it’s a true women’s leadership program that lasts year-round.
Two people from an organization must commit to attend; one leader and one upcoming manager with career growth potential and one of those representatives must be a woman. All attendees will sign a Commitment to Change that will place each person on an 8-person (four retailers/four suppliers) team that will meet for quarterly working sessions year-round.
Members will spend time with their teams on site at CSW then will meet quarterly via a ONE hour ZOOM meeting to discuss goals and next steps. The goal is to build out the next steps for ONE of the 20 largest challenges in the industry today. Following up the offsite meetings, your team will be interviewed by a CSP editorial staff who will then feature your team and its work in an issue of “CSW.”
It is important that both representatives are committed to making a real impact and supporting others to change the face of leadership. CSW is the only event in convenience that demands actual change.
